Lenovo Miix 510 has a global score of 66.6, which is slightly better than the Microsoft Surface 2's global score of 63.4. These devices come with Windows OS (Operating System), but the Lenovo Miix 510 has the older 10 Pro version while Microsoft Surface 2 has Windows RT 8.1 version. Even though Lenovo Miix 510 is incredibly newer than Microsoft Surface 2, it's heavier and thicker.
The Microsoft Surface 2 counts with a more vivid screen than Lenovo Miix 510, because although it has a quite lower 1080 x 1920px resolution and a bit smaller screen, it also counts with a little greater screen density.
