Comparison review
The Microsoft Surface Pro 3 is just a bit better than the Lenovo Miix 510, with a general score of 72.2 against 66.6. Both tablets in this comparison review include Windows OS (Operating System), but the Microsoft Surface Pro 3 has a newer 8.1 Pro version while Lenovo Miix 510 has Windows 10 Pro version, providing the user some additional features and performance tweaks. The Microsoft Surface Pro 3 is an way older portable tablet than Lenovo Miix 510, but it is thinner and somewhat lighter anyway.
The Microsoft Surface Pro 3 counts with a much faster processing unit than Lenovo Miix 510, and although they both have the same RAM memory amount, the Microsoft Surface Pro 3 also has a higher number of cores (and they are faster). The Microsoft Surface Pro 3 counts with a much better screen than Lenovo Miix 510, because although it has a bit smaller display, it also counts with a little greater pixel number in each display inch and a bit higher resolution of 1440 x 2160px.
