Comparison review
The Microsoft Surface Pro 4 has an overall score of 75.1, which is better than the Lenovo Miix 510's general score of 66.6. Both of these tablets come with the same Windows 10 Pro OS (operating system), so you shouldn't perceive any differences regarding OS features. Despite of the fact that the Microsoft Surface Pro 4 is older than the Lenovo Miix 510, it's design is somewhat lighter and thinner.
Microsoft Surface Pro 4 has a little faster CPU than Lenovo Miix 510, and although they both have a 0-Core processing unit, the Microsoft Surface Pro 4 also has a greater amount of RAM memory.
