Comparison review
The Lenovo Miix 510 has an overall score of 66.6, which is much better than Microsoft Surface RT's 58.4 overall score. These devices use Windows operating system, but Lenovo Miix 510 has the older 10 Pro version while Microsoft Surface RT has Windows RT version. The Lenovo Miix 510 design is way newer, but much heavier and just a bit thicker than Microsoft Surface RT.
Microsoft Surface RT features just a bit better looking screen than Lenovo Miix 510, although it has a bit smaller screen, a way lower 768 x 1366px resolution and a little lower pixel density.
