Comparison review
Samsung Ativ Tab is much better than the Lenovo Miix2, getting a 66.7 score against 59.3. Despite being the best tablet in our current comparison, Samsung Ativ Tab is an older, just a little bit thicker and noticeably heavier tablet than the Lenovo Miix2. Both tablets in our current comparison work with Windows OS (Operating System), but the Samsung Ativ Tab has a more recent RT version while Lenovo Miix2 has Windows 8.1 version.
The Lenovo Miix2 features a brighter display than Samsung Ativ Tab, because although it has a much smaller screen and a little bit lower 800 x 1280 pixels resolution, it also counts with a just a bit higher number of pixels in each inch in the display. The Lenovo Miix2 has a much better storage capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Samsung Ativ Tab, because although it has a slot for an SD memory card that allows a maximum of 32 GB against 64 GB, it also counts with 64 GB more internal memory.
The Lenovo Miix2 counts with a bit more powerful processing unit than Samsung Ativ Tab, because although it has doesn't have an additional graphics processor, and they both have a 2 GB RAM, the Lenovo Miix2 also counts with a higher number of cores. Samsung Ativ Tab features a camera that's just as good as Lenovo Miix2's camera, both have a camera in the back with a 5 MP.
The Samsung Ativ Tab has a really longer battery performance than Lenovo Miix2.
Although Samsung Ativ Tab is a better device, it is way more expensive than the Lenovo Miix2, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Lenovo Miix2. If you prefer to save a few dollars, you can buy the Lenovo Miix2, giving up a few features and specs, but you will get the most out of your money.
