The Lenovo Moto Tab is just a bit better than the Microsoft Surface 2, having a 64.4 score against 63.4. The Lenovo Moto Tab counts with Android 7.1 Nougat operating system, and Microsoft Surface 2 comes with Windows RT 8.1 operating system. The Lenovo Moto Tab body is way newer, thinner and extremely lighter than the Microsoft Surface 2.
The Microsoft Surface 2 features a little bit better looking display than Lenovo Moto Tab, because although it has a little worse resolution of 1080 x 1920 and a quite worse display density, it also counts with a bit bigger screen.
