Microsoft Surface 3 is slightly better than the Lenovo Moto Tab, having a 66.3 score against 64.4. Microsoft Surface 3's body is extremely older, somewhat heavier and somewhat thicker than the Lenovo Moto Tab. The Lenovo Moto Tab features a bit better looking screen than Microsoft Surface 3, because although it has a little lower resolution of 1920 x 1200px and a quite smaller display, it also counts with a quite higher display density.

Microsoft Surface 3 features a much better memory capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Lenovo Moto Tab, because although it has no slot for an external memory card, it also counts with more internal storage capacity. The Lenovo Moto Tab has a bit faster processor than Microsoft Surface 3, because although it has 2 GB less RAM, it also counts with a larger number of cores.

The Lenovo Moto Tab has a way better battery duration than Microsoft Surface 3. Lenovo Moto Tab counts with a superior camera than Microsoft Surface 3. Both of them have the same video frame rate, a same resolution back-facing camera and the same 1920x1080 video quality.

Although Microsoft Surface 3 is a better device, it costs more than the Lenovo Moto Tab, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Lenovo Moto Tab. If you are trying to save some money, you can get the Lenovo Moto Tab, giving up a few features and specifications, but you'll get the most with your budget.
