Lenovo Moto Tab has a score of 64.4, which is better than the Microsoft Surface RT's overall score of 58.4. Lenovo Moto Tab's construction is much newer, thinner and way lighter than the Microsoft Surface RT. The Lenovo Moto Tab has Android 7.1 Nougat operating system, and Microsoft Surface RT works with Windows RT operating system.

The Lenovo Moto Tab features a bit better performance than Microsoft Surface RT, because although it has doesn't have a graphics processor, and they both have a 2 GB RAM memory, the Lenovo Moto Tab also counts with a higher number of cores (and faster). Lenovo Moto Tab has a bit more vivid display than Microsoft Surface RT, because although it has a little bit smaller display, it also counts with a lot greater screen pixel density and a lot higher 1920 x 1200 resolution.

The Lenovo Moto Tab takes a lot better pictures and videos than Microsoft Surface RT, and although they both have the same video frame rate and the same (Full HD) video quality, the Lenovo Moto Tab also has a way higher 8 mega-pixels resolution camera. The Lenovo Moto Tab counts with a bit bigger memory capacity to install games and applications than Microsoft Surface RT, although it has just 32 GB internal storage capacity.

Lenovo Moto Tab counts with a superior battery performance than Microsoft Surface RT.

Although Lenovo Moto Tab is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than Microsoft Surface RT, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Microsoft Surface RT. If you want to save some dollars, you can get Microsoft Surface RT, giving up a few features and specs, but you will get the most with your money.
