The Galaxy Tab S 10.5 is better than the Lenovo Moto Tab, with a 74.3 score against 64.4. These devices include Android OS, but Galaxy Tab S 10.5 has older 4.4.2 version and Lenovo Moto Tab has Android 7.1 Nougat version.
