The Lenovo Moto Tab has a little bit better hardware performance than Sony Vaio Tap 11, because although it has less RAM, it also counts with a greater number of faster cores. Sony Vaio Tap 11 features a bit sharper screen than Lenovo Moto Tab, because although it has a quite worse display density and a bit lower 1080 x 1920 resolution, it also counts with a quite larger screen.
