Galaxy Tab A 10.5 is much better than the Lenovo Smart Tab P10, getting a 74.5 score against 64. These devices use Android OS (Operating System), but the Galaxy Tab A 10.5 has 9.0 Pie version while Lenovo Smart Tab P10 has Android 8.1 Oreo, so it gives some nice extra features and performance improvements.
