Both tablets in this comparison review include Android operating system, but LG G Pad II 10.1 has 5.1 Lollipop version while Lenovo Tab A10 has Android 4.4. LG G Pad II 10.1 is a newer tablet, and it's also lighter and somewhat thinner than the Lenovo Tab A10.
