The Microsoft Surface 3 is much better than the Lenovo Tab A10, having a 66.3 score against 56. The Microsoft Surface 3 design is newer and just a little bit thinner than Lenovo Tab A10's, although it's a little heavier. The Microsoft Surface 3 counts with a little better hardware performance than Lenovo Tab A10, and although they both have 4 processing cores, the Microsoft Surface 3 also has 3 GB more RAM.
Microsoft Surface 3 has just a bit better looking display than Lenovo Tab A10, because it has a lot higher resolution of 1920 x 1280 pixels, a higher screen pixel density and a bit bigger display. Microsoft Surface 3 takes clearer pictures and videos than Lenovo Tab A10, because it has a camera in the back with much more mega pixels.
The Microsoft Surface 3 has a superior storage capacity for games and applications than Lenovo Tab A10, because although it has no external SD slot, it also counts with 112 GB more internal memory. Lenovo Tab A10 counts with a much better battery lifetime than Microsoft Surface 3.
The Microsoft Surface 3 is more expensive than the Lenovo Tab A10, but it's still a good choice, as you can get a better tablet for that extra money.
