Microsoft Surface Pro 3 has a global score of 72.2, which is a lot better than Lenovo Tab A10's global score of 56. Even being the best we are comparing here, it must be noted that it's also just a little thicker and noticeably heavier. Microsoft Surface Pro 3 has Windows 8.1 Pro operating system, and Lenovo Tab A10 works with Android 4.4 operating system.
Microsoft Surface Pro 3 features a bit more powerful processor than Lenovo Tab A10, because although it has a lower number of cores (although faster), it also counts with 7 GB more RAM memory. Microsoft Surface Pro 3 has a much better looking screen than Lenovo Tab A10, because it has a bigger screen, a greater screen pixel density and a much higher resolution of 1440 x 2160.
