The Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 is a a lot lighter tablet than Lenovo Tab A10, but both are 0.35inches thick. These tablets come with Android OS (Operating System), but the Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 has a more recent 4.4.2 version and Lenovo Tab A10 has Android 4.4.
