Comparison review
The Lenovo TAB3 10 has an overall score of 61.9, which is slightly better than Microsoft Surface RT's 58.4 general score. The Lenovo TAB3 10 works with Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system, while Microsoft Surface RT has Windows RT operating system. Lenovo TAB3 10's body is a lot newer, extremely lighter and much thinner than Microsoft Surface RT.
Microsoft Surface RT features a little faster CPU than Lenovo TAB3 10, because although it has lesser RAM memory, and they both have the same number of cores, the Microsoft Surface RT also counts with a graphics co-processor. Lenovo TAB3 10 features just a bit better display than Microsoft Surface RT, because although it has a bit smaller display, it also counts with a lot better 1920 x 1200 pixels resolution and a lot higher display pixel density.
Lenovo TAB3 10 has a much better camera than Microsoft Surface RT, because it has a much more mega-pixels back camera.
