Samsung ATIV Tab 3 is a bit better than the Lenovo TAB3 10, having a global score of 65 against 61.9. Samsung ATIV Tab 3 has Windows 8 operating system, while Lenovo TAB3 10 works with Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system. The Samsung ATIV Tab 3 has a little sharper screen than Lenovo TAB3 10, although it has a much worse pixel density and a way lower 768 x 1366 resolution, they both have a same size display.
