Sony Xperia Tablet Z has an overall score of 68.5, which is much better than Lenovo TAB3 10's score of 61.9. Both tablets in this review come with Android OS (operating system), but the Sony Xperia Tablet Z has the older 4.4.4 version while Lenovo TAB3 10 has Android 6.0 Marshmallow version. Sony Xperia Tablet Z counts with just a bit better hardware performance than Lenovo TAB3 10, because although it has 1 GB lesser RAM memory, and they both have the same number of cores, the Sony Xperia Tablet Z also counts with an extra graphics processor.
Xperia Tablet Z features a better looking screen than Lenovo TAB3 10. Both have an equal resolution of 1200 x 1920 pixels, a display of the same size and a higher pixels amount per display inch. The Xperia Tablet Z features a bit better camera than Lenovo TAB3 10, because it has a camera in the back with a higher resolution.
Lenovo TAB3 10 counts with a much bigger memory for games and applications than Sony Xperia Tablet Z, and although they both have a slot for SD memory cards that holds up to 64 GB, the Lenovo TAB3 10 also has 64 GB internal storage capacity. Lenovo TAB3 10 has greater battery life than Xperia Tablet Z, because it has a 7000mAh battery capacity against 6000mAh.
Although Xperia Tablet Z is a better device, it costs a lot more than Lenovo TAB3 10, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Lenovo TAB3 10. So if you need that extra features, you can buy Xperia Tablet Z, but if you don't you can save some dollars and buy the Lenovo TAB3 10, letting go some specs and features.
