The Microsoft Surface 3 has a global score of 66.3, which is much better than the Lenovo TAB3 8's general score of 54.8. The Microsoft Surface 3 counts with just a bit better hardware performance than Lenovo TAB3 8, and although they both have a Quad-Core processing unit, the Microsoft Surface 3 also has more RAM.
The Microsoft Surface 3 has a little sharper display than Lenovo TAB3 8, because it has a lot higher 1920 x 1280 pixels resolution, a just a bit greater pixel density and a really larger screen. Microsoft Surface 3 features a bit better camera than Lenovo TAB3 8, because it has a lot better 8 megapixels resolution back facing camera.
