The Microsoft Surface 9 Pro has a general score of 58.7, which is slightly better than Lenovo TAB3 8's overall score of 54.8. Microsoft Surface 9 Pro counts with Windows OS, while Lenovo TAB3 8 comes with Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS.
