The Microsoft Surface RT has a score of 58.4, which is just a bit better than Lenovo TAB3 8's global score of 54.8. The Microsoft Surface RT comes with Windows RT operating system, and Lenovo TAB3 8 works with Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system. Microsoft Surface RT features just a bit better processing power than Lenovo TAB3 8, and although they both have 2 GB of RAM and 4 processing cores, the Microsoft Surface RT also has a graphics co-processor.
