Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2016) has a score of 70.2, which is a lot better than the Lenovo TAB3 8's general score of 54.8. Both of these devices use Android OS (operating system), but the Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2016) has the newer 8.1 Oreo version while Lenovo TAB3 8 has Android 6.0 Marshmallow version, giving some nice extra features and improved performance.
