Comparison review
The Galaxy Tab E has a score of 60.7, which is better than the Lenovo TAB3 8's general score of 54.8. Both of these tablets include Android operating system, but Galaxy Tab E has older 4.4 version while Lenovo TAB3 8 has Android 6.0 Marshmallow.
