Comparison review
The Lenovo ThinkPad 8 is a bit better than Alcatel PLUS 12, having a 64.2 score against 58.9. Both devices in this review use Windows OS (operating system), but Lenovo ThinkPad 8 has an older 8.1 version and Alcatel PLUS 12 has Windows 10 version. Lenovo ThinkPad 8 is a thicker but noticeably lighter portable tablet than Alcatel PLUS 12.
The Lenovo ThinkPad 8 has a little faster processor than Alcatel PLUS 12, because although it has less RAM memory, it also counts with more 2400 MHz processing cores. Lenovo ThinkPad 8 counts with a brighter screen than Alcatel PLUS 12, because although it has a lot smaller screen, it also counts with a quite better resolution of 1920 x 1200 and a higher pixels number per screen inch.
Lenovo ThinkPad 8 captures much clearer photographs and videos than Alcatel PLUS 12. The Lenovo ThinkPad 8 features a bit more storage for applications, games, photos and videos than Alcatel PLUS 12, because although it has no slot for SD memory cards, it also counts with more internal memory capacity.
The Alcatel PLUS 12 has a very superior battery lifetime than Lenovo ThinkPad 8.
