Comparison review
The Lenovo ThinkPad 8 is slightly better than Microsoft Surface 2, having a 64.2 score against 63.4. Lenovo ThinkPad 8 is a noticeably lighter tablet than the Microsoft Surface 2, but both of them are 0.35inches thick. Both tablets we are comparing include Windows OS, but Lenovo ThinkPad 8 has the previous 8.1 version and Microsoft Surface 2 has Windows RT 8.1.
Lenovo ThinkPad 8 features a bit superior processing unit than Microsoft Surface 2. Both have the same number of cores and the same RAM amount. The Lenovo ThinkPad 8 has a bit more vivid screen than Microsoft Surface 2, because although it has a really smaller display, it also counts with a higher pixel number per display inch and a little bit higher resolution of 1920 x 1200 pixels.
Lenovo ThinkPad 8 counts with a much better storage for applications and games than Microsoft Surface 2, because although it has no slot for external memory cards, it also counts with 128 GB internal memory capacity. The Lenovo ThinkPad 8 features a little bit better camera than Microsoft Surface 2, and although they both have the same 1920x1080 video definition and the same video frame rates, the Lenovo ThinkPad 8 also has a back camera with a way higher resolution.
Microsoft Surface 2's battery duration is very similar to Lenovo ThinkPad 8's battery performance.
In addition to being the best tablet between the ones we are comparing here, Lenovo ThinkPad 8 is also very cheap compared to the other tablets, making it an obvious call.
