Lenovo ThinkPad 8 is just a bit better than Microsoft Surface Pro, with a general score of 64.2 against 63.2. Lenovo ThinkPad 8's body is thinner and way lighter than the Microsoft Surface Pro. Both of these tablets use Windows operating system, but the Lenovo ThinkPad 8 has newer 8.1 version while Microsoft Surface Pro has Windows 8 Pro.
The Lenovo ThinkPad 8 has a little faster processor than Microsoft Surface Pro, because although it has doesn't have an additional graphics processing unit and a smaller amount of RAM, it also counts with 2 more CPU cores. Lenovo ThinkPad 8 has a bit more vivid screen than Microsoft Surface Pro, because although it has a lot smaller screen, it also counts with a greater pixel amount per display inch and a little bit higher resolution of 1920 x 1200px.
The Microsoft Surface Pro counts with as much storage to install applications and games as Lenovo ThinkPad 8, and although the Microsoft Surface Pro has no slot for an SD memory card, they both have exactly the same 128 GB internal storage.
