Both of these tablets have Windows OS, but the Microsoft Surface Go has a more recent 10 version while Lenovo ThinkPad Tablet 2 has Windows 8. The Microsoft Surface Go body is a little bit lighter and thinner than Lenovo ThinkPad Tablet 2.
