The Galaxy Tab 3 7.0 is much better than Lenovo ThinkPad Tablet 2, having a general score of 66.5 against 56. Galaxy Tab 3 7.0's construction has the same thickness than the Lenovo ThinkPad Tablet 2, but it is noticeably lighter. Galaxy Tab 3 7.0 comes with Android 4.4.2 OS, while Lenovo ThinkPad Tablet 2 works with Windows 8 OS.
Galaxy Tab 3 7.0 counts with a bit superior processing unit than Lenovo ThinkPad Tablet 2, because although it has 512 MB less RAM memory, and they both have a Dual-Core processor, the Galaxy Tab 3 7.0 also counts with an extra graphics processor.
