Comparison review
Microsoft Surface 2 has an overall score of 63.4, which is much better than the Lenovo YOGA Tab 3 8-inch's 57.3 global score. Despite being the best we compare here, we must tell that it is also notably older, heavier and somewhat thicker. The Microsoft Surface 2 counts with a better looking screen than Lenovo YOGA Tab 3 8-inch, because it has a much better 1080 x 1920px resolution, a lot larger display and a just a little more pixels per inch in the screen.
Microsoft Surface 2 has a bigger storage capacity for apps and games than Lenovo YOGA Tab 3 8-inch, because although it has no slot for an external memory card, it also counts with more internal memory capacity. The Microsoft Surface 2 features a bit better processing unit than Lenovo YOGA Tab 3 8-inch. They have 4 cpu cores and the same RAM amount.
The Microsoft Surface 2 counts with a little bit better camera than Lenovo YOGA Tab 3 8-inch, although it has a camera with way less MP resolution. Lenovo YOGA Tab 3 8-inch counts with a much better battery duration than Microsoft Surface 2.
Although Microsoft Surface 2 is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the Lenovo YOGA Tab 3 8-inch, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Lenovo YOGA Tab 3 8-inch. So if you want that extra features, you can buy Microsoft Surface 2, otherwise you can save some dollars and buy the Lenovo YOGA Tab 3 8-inch, letting go a couple features and specifications.
