Comparison review
The Microsoft Surface Pro is much better than the Lenovo YOGA Tab 3 8-inch, getting a general score of 63.2 against 57.3. Even though Microsoft Surface Pro is a better portable tablet than the Lenovo YOGA Tab 3 8-inch, it must be noted that it is also noticeably older, notably heavier and extremely thicker.
Microsoft Surface Pro counts with a sharper screen than Lenovo YOGA Tab 3 8-inch, because it has a much larger screen, a bit higher pixels number per display inch and a lot better resolution of 1080 x 1920 pixels. The Microsoft Surface Pro features a very superior memory capacity to install applications and games than Lenovo YOGA Tab 3 8-inch, because although it has no slot for external memory cards, it also counts with 128 GB internal memory capacity.
Microsoft Surface Pro counts with a bit more powerful CPU than Lenovo YOGA Tab 3 8-inch, because although it has lesser cores (although they are faster), it also counts with 2 GB more RAM and an additional graphics processor. Lenovo YOGA Tab 3 8-inch has a better camera than Microsoft Surface Pro, because it has a back facing camera with a much better resolution.
The Lenovo YOGA Tab 3 8-inch counts with a superior battery performance than Microsoft Surface Pro.
Although Microsoft Surface Pro is a better device, it costs a lot more money than Lenovo YOGA Tab 3 8-inch, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Lenovo YOGA Tab 3 8-inch. So if you need that extra specs and features, you can buy the Microsoft Surface Pro, but if you don't you can save some money and buy the Lenovo YOGA Tab 3 8-inch, resigning some features and specs.
