Despite being the best tablet in this review, Microsoft Surface Pro 3 is a incredibly older, way thicker and heavier tablet than Lenovo YOGA Tab 3 Plus. Microsoft Surface Pro 3 has Windows 8.1 Pro OS, while Lenovo YOGA Tab 3 Plus works with Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS.
Lenovo YOGA Tab 3 Plus features a little more vivid screen than Microsoft Surface Pro 3, because although it has a little bit smaller display, it also counts with a slightly higher resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels and more pixels per display inch.
