Comparison review
Samsung Galaxy Book 10.6-inch is much better than the Lenovo YOGA Tab 3 Plus, having a 71.1 score against 62.2. Although it's the best device in this review, it must be noted that it's also a noticeably thicker and a little heavier device. Samsung Galaxy Book 10.6-inch works with Windows 10 OS, while Lenovo YOGA Tab 3 Plus comes with Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS.
Lenovo YOGA Tab 3 Plus counts with a little bit better looking screen than Galaxy Book 10.6-inch, because although it has a bit smaller display, it also counts with a higher 2560 x 1440 resolution and more pixels per inch in the display. Galaxy Book 10.6-inch has a processing unit that's very similar to the CPU in Lenovo YOGA Tab 3 Plus, because although the Galaxy Book 10.6-inch has an inferior number of cores , it also counts with more RAM memory.
The Galaxy Book 10.6-inch features a much bigger memory capacity to store more apps and games than Lenovo YOGA Tab 3 Plus, because it has an external memory slot that supports up to 256 GB and 128 GB internal storage. The Lenovo YOGA Tab 3 Plus has a much better battery lifetime than Samsung Galaxy Book 10.6-inch.
The Lenovo YOGA Tab 3 Plus shoots clearer videos and photos than Galaxy Book 10.6-inch, because it has a much higher resolution camera.
