Sony Xperia Tablet Z is a little bit better than the Lenovo YOGA Tab 3 Pro, having a 68.5 score against 64.3. Sony Xperia Tablet Z's construction is way lighter than the Lenovo YOGA Tab 3 Pro, but it's much thicker and was released many years before. Both tablets in this review use Android OS, but Sony Xperia Tablet Z has the older 4.4.4 version while Lenovo YOGA Tab 3 Pro has Android 5.1.
The Sony Xperia Tablet Z features a little bit better hardware performance than Lenovo YOGA Tab 3 Pro, and although they both have 2 GB of RAM, the Sony Xperia Tablet Z also has a greater number of cores and an additional GPU. Lenovo YOGA Tab 3 Pro features a bit sharper screen than Xperia Tablet Z, and although they both have a screen of the same size, the Lenovo YOGA Tab 3 Pro also has a better pixels amount per display inch and a better 2560 x 1600 resolution.
The Lenovo YOGA Tab 3 Pro features a bit bigger memory to store more apps and games than Sony Xperia Tablet Z, and although they both have equal internal storage, the Lenovo YOGA Tab 3 Pro also has a slot for external memory cards that supports a maximum of 128 GB. Lenovo YOGA Tab 3 Pro takes just a bit better photos and videos than Sony Xperia Tablet Z, because it has a lot better resolution back camera.
The Lenovo YOGA Tab 3 Pro features a much longer battery performance than Xperia Tablet Z, because it has a 70% larger battery capacity.
Despite of being the best tablet in this comparison, the Sony Xperia Tablet Z is also a bargain compared to others, which makes this tablet a no doubt choice.
