The Lenovo Yoga Tablet 10 HD+ has a general score of 60.4, which is a bit better than the Lenovo Yoga Tablet 10's overall score of 57.8. The Lenovo Yoga Tablet 10 HD+ construction is a bit heavier but noticeably thinner than the Lenovo Yoga Tablet 10. Both of these devices include the same Android 4.4 OS (Operating System), so you shouldn't see any differences in that aspect.
Lenovo Yoga Tablet 10 HD+ counts with a brighter screen than Lenovo Yoga Tablet 10, and although they both have a same size screen, the Lenovo Yoga Tablet 10 HD+ also has a lot higher 1200 x 1920 resolution and a way higher pixels quantity per display inch.
