Microsoft Surface 3 is much better than Lenovo Yoga Tablet 10, with a 66.3 score against 57.8. Even being the best tablet in this comparison review, the Microsoft Surface 3 is a just a little heavier and thicker tablet than Lenovo Yoga Tablet 10. The Microsoft Surface 3 has a bit faster processing unit than Lenovo Yoga Tablet 10, because although it has doesn't have an extra graphics processing unit, and they both have 4 processing cores, the Microsoft Surface 3 also counts with 3 GB more RAM memory.
Microsoft Surface 3 counts with a bit better looking display than Lenovo Yoga Tablet 10, because it has a way higher resolution of 1920 x 1280 pixels, a little bit larger display and a higher quantity of pixels per inch of display. Lenovo Yoga Tablet 10 has a slightly better camera than Microsoft Surface 3, although it has a camera with much less mega pixels resolution and a worse 1920x1080 (Full HD) video resolution.
Microsoft Surface 3 features a lot bigger memory to install games and applications than Lenovo Yoga Tablet 10, because although it has no SD extension slot, it also counts with more internal storage. Lenovo Yoga Tablet 10 has a much better battery lifetime than Microsoft Surface 3.
Although Microsoft Surface 3 is a better device, it is way more expensive than the Lenovo Yoga Tablet 10, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Lenovo Yoga Tablet 10. If you prefer to save some money, you can buy the Lenovo Yoga Tablet 10, and give up a few features and specs, but you'll get the most with your budget.
