The Microsoft Surface Go is much better than Lenovo Yoga Tablet 10, getting a overall score of 66.5 against 57.8. The Microsoft Surface Go comes with Windows 10 operating system, while Lenovo Yoga Tablet 10 works with Android 4.4 operating system. Microsoft Surface Go's construction is lighter but a bit thicker than Lenovo Yoga Tablet 10.
