Comparison review
The Microsoft Surface Pro 2 has a global score of 65.1, which is much better than Lenovo Yoga Tablet 10's 57.8 general score. The Microsoft Surface Pro 2 works with Windows 8.1 Pro OS, while Lenovo Yoga Tablet 10 counts with Android 4.4 OS. Even being the best in this review, the Microsoft Surface Pro 2 design is a lot heavier and a lot thicker than the Lenovo Yoga Tablet 10.
The Microsoft Surface Pro 2 counts with a little bit better looking screen than Lenovo Yoga Tablet 10, because it has a way higher 1080 x 1920 pixels resolution, a quite larger display and a higher pixel density. Microsoft Surface Pro 2 has a little better processing power than Lenovo Yoga Tablet 10, because although it has doesn't have an additional graphics co-processor and an inferior number of cores , it also counts with 7 GB more RAM memory.
Lenovo Yoga Tablet 10 has a very superior camera than Microsoft Surface Pro 2, because it has a lot higher (Full HD) video definition. Microsoft Surface Pro 2 features a much better memory to install games and applications than Lenovo Yoga Tablet 10, because although it has no external SD slot, it also counts with more internal storage.
Lenovo Yoga Tablet 10 has a very superior battery performance than Microsoft Surface Pro 2.
Microsoft Surface Pro 2 is way more expensive than the Lenovo Yoga Tablet 10, but you can get a better tablet for that few more dollars.
