The Microsoft Surface Pro 3 is a lot better than Lenovo Yoga Tablet 10, with a score of 72.2 against 57.8. Microsoft Surface Pro 3's design is extremely heavier and somewhat thicker than Lenovo Yoga Tablet 10. The Microsoft Surface Pro 3 works with Windows 8.1 Pro OS, and Lenovo Yoga Tablet 10 has Android 4.4 OS.
Microsoft Surface Pro 3 has a better looking screen than Lenovo Yoga Tablet 10, because it has a lot better resolution of 1440 x 2160 pixels, a larger screen and a greater quantity of pixels per display inch.
