Both tablets in this review have Android OS (operating system), but the Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE has older 4.0 version and Lenovo Yoga Tablet 10 has Android 4.4 version. Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE's construction is lighter but just a little thicker than Lenovo Yoga Tablet 10.
The Lenovo Yoga Tablet 10 counts with a little bit better hardware performance than Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE, and although they both have 1 GB of RAM, the Lenovo Yoga Tablet 10 also has a faster graphics processing unit running at 400 MHz and a larger number of cores. Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE counts with a more vivid screen than Lenovo Yoga Tablet 10, because although it has a much smaller screen, and they both have exactly the same 800 x 1280px resolution, the Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE also counts with a better pixels density.
The Lenovo Yoga Tablet 10 features a superior storage capacity for applications and games than Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE, because it has 16 GB more internal storage capacity and a slot for an external memory card that admits a maximum of 64 GB. Lenovo Yoga Tablet 10 has a very superior battery life than Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE, because it has a 9000mAh battery capacity.
Lenovo Yoga Tablet 10 shoots way better videos and photos than Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE, because it has a much better (Full HD) video resolution and a back-facing camera with a lot better resolution.
Although Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE is a better device, it costs a lot more money than Lenovo Yoga Tablet 10, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Lenovo Yoga Tablet 10. So if you need that extra specs, you can buy Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE, otherwise you can save a couple dollars and buy the Lenovo Yoga Tablet 10, letting go a couple features and specs.
