Google Nexus 7 (2013) is better than the Lenovo Yoga Tablet 10 HD+, having a general score of 70.8 against 60.4. Although Google Nexus 7 (2013) and the Lenovo Yoga Tablet 10 HD+ were released only a couple months apart, the Google Nexus 7 (2013) construction is way lighter but also extremely thicker. Both of these devices include Android OS, but Google Nexus 7 (2013) has 5.0 version and Lenovo Yoga Tablet 10 HD+ has Android 4.4 version, offering a couple nice extra features and performance enhancements.

Google Nexus 7 (2013) features a better screen than Lenovo Yoga Tablet 10 HD+, because although it has a way smaller display, and they both have an equal 1200 x 1920 resolution, the Google Nexus 7 (2013) also counts with a better amount of pixels per display inch. Google Nexus 7 (2013) has a little faster processor than Lenovo Yoga Tablet 10 HD+, and although they both have a 2 GB RAM and a Quad-Core CPU, the Google Nexus 7 (2013) also has a GPU.

Lenovo Yoga Tablet 10 HD+ has a much bigger storage capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Google Nexus 7 (2013), and although they both have equal 32 GB internal storage capacity, the Lenovo Yoga Tablet 10 HD+ also has a slot for SD memory cards that supports up to 64 GB. The Lenovo Yoga Tablet 10 HD+ features a superior battery duration than Google Nexus 7 (2013), because it has a 128 percent bigger battery size.

The Google Nexus 7 (2013) has a little bit better camera than Lenovo Yoga Tablet 10 HD+, although it has a back camera with a much worse 5 mega pixels resolution.
