The Lenovo Yoga Tablet 10 HD+ is a little bit better than the Lenovo Miix2, with a 60.4 score against 59.3. The Lenovo Yoga Tablet 10 HD+ works with Android 4.4 operating system, and Lenovo Miix2 works with Windows 8.1 operating system. The Lenovo Yoga Tablet 10 HD+ design is much thinner but way heavier than Lenovo Miix2, and they were released only 4 months apart.
The Lenovo Miix2 features just a bit better performance than Lenovo Yoga Tablet 10 HD+. Both of them have the same RAM amount and 4 CPU cores. The Lenovo Miix2 counts with a bit sharper display than Lenovo Yoga Tablet 10 HD+, although it has a little worse pixels density, a really smaller display and a way worse resolution of 800 x 1280px.
Lenovo Yoga Tablet 10 HD+ shoots just a bit better videos and photos than Lenovo Miix2, because it has a back camera with a way higher resolution. Lenovo Miix2 counts with a very superior storage for applications and games than Lenovo Yoga Tablet 10 HD+, because although it has an external memory card slot that supports 32 GB smaller, it also counts with more internal memory.

Although Lenovo Yoga Tablet 10 HD+ is a better device, it costs a lot more than the Lenovo Miix2, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Lenovo Miix2. So if you want that extra specs, you can buy Lenovo Yoga Tablet 10 HD+, but if you don't you can save a couple dollars and get the Lenovo Miix2, resigning a couple specifications.
