Comparison review
The Microsoft Surface 3 has a global score of 66.3, which is just a bit better than Lenovo Yoga Tablet 10 HD+'s overall score of 60.4. Even though Microsoft Surface 3 is newer than Lenovo Yoga Tablet 10 HD+, it is thicker and just a bit heavier. Microsoft Surface 3 has a bit better processing power than Lenovo Yoga Tablet 10 HD+, and although they both have a Quad-Core processing unit, the Microsoft Surface 3 also has more RAM.
The Lenovo Yoga Tablet 10 HD+ counts with just a bit better looking screen than Microsoft Surface 3, because although it has a quite smaller screen and a little lower resolution of 1200 x 1920 pixels, it also counts with a little bit better pixel density. Microsoft Surface 3 features a very superior memory to store more games and applications than Lenovo Yoga Tablet 10 HD+, because although it has no SD memory card expansion slot, it also counts with 128 GB internal memory.
Lenovo Yoga Tablet 10 HD+ features a much longer battery performance than Microsoft Surface 3. Microsoft Surface 3 has a little bit better camera than Lenovo Yoga Tablet 10 HD+. Both of them have a back camera with an 8 mega-pixels.
In addition to being the best tablet between the ones we are comparing here, Microsoft Surface 3 is also by far the cheapest, which makes it a great choice.
