Microsoft Surface Go is better than the Lenovo Yoga Tablet 10 HD+, having a overall score of 66.5 against 60.4. Microsoft Surface Go comes with Windows 10 OS, while Lenovo Yoga Tablet 10 HD+ counts with Android 4.4 OS. The Microsoft Surface Go construction is way newer and somewhat lighter, but a lot thicker than Lenovo Yoga Tablet 10 HD+.
The Lenovo Yoga Tablet 10 HD+ features a little bit better looking screen than Microsoft Surface Go, because it has a slightly better 1200 x 1920px resolution, a little larger screen and a little bit greater pixel density. Microsoft Surface Go has a much greater storage capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Lenovo Yoga Tablet 10 HD+, because although it has no SD extension slot, it also counts with 128 GB internal memory.
