The Microsoft Surface 3 has an overall score of 66.3, which is a little bit better than Lenovo YOGA Tablet 2 8-inch (Android)'s 60.9 general score. Although it's the best in this comparison review, the Microsoft Surface 3 body is incredibly heavier and thicker than Lenovo YOGA Tablet 2 8-inch (Android).
