Huawei MediaPad M2 has an overall score of 65.5, which is better than Lenovo Yoga Tablet 8's 56.6 global score. Huawei MediaPad M2's construction is just a little thicker but somewhat lighter than Lenovo Yoga Tablet 8. Both tablets we are comparing here use Android operating system, but the Huawei MediaPad M2 has a newer 5.1 Lollipop version and Lenovo Yoga Tablet 8 has Android 4.4 version, so it offers a couple additional features and performance enhancements.
Huawei MediaPad M2 has just a little better performance than Lenovo Yoga Tablet 8, because although it has doesn't have a graphics processor, it also counts with 4 more cpu cores and a greater amount of RAM. The Huawei MediaPad M2 has a more vivid screen than Lenovo Yoga Tablet 8, and although they both have a display of the same size, the Huawei MediaPad M2 also has a higher screen pixel density and a way better resolution of 1200 x 1920px.
The Huawei MediaPad M2 takes just a bit better pictures and videos than Lenovo Yoga Tablet 8, because it has a lot more MP back camera. Huawei MediaPad M2 has a little bit better storage capacity for games and applications than Lenovo Yoga Tablet 8, and although they both have equal internal storage, the Huawei MediaPad M2 also has a slot for SD memory cards that holds up to 128 GB.
The Lenovo Yoga Tablet 8 has improved battery performance than Huawei MediaPad M2, because it has a 6000mAh battery size.
