The LG G Pad II 8.0 has an overall score of 58.3, which is slightly better than Lenovo Yoga Tablet 8's 56.6 general score. LG G Pad II 8.0's construction is somewhat lighter but thicker than the Lenovo Yoga Tablet 8. Both of these tablets include Android operating system, but LG G Pad II 8.0 has a newer 5.0 Lollipop version while Lenovo Yoga Tablet 8 has Android 4.4 version.

The Lenovo Yoga Tablet 8 features a little sharper screen than LG G Pad II 8.0. Both of them have exactly the same resolution of 800 x 1280, the same pixel density and a display with the same size. LG G Pad II 8.0 counts with a bit more memory capacity for games and applications than Lenovo Yoga Tablet 8, and although they both have exactly the same 32 GB internal storage, the LG G Pad II 8.0 also has a SD memory card expansion slot that admits a maximum of 128 GB.
