The LG G Pad III 8.0 has a general score of 64.3, which is better than Lenovo Yoga Tablet 8's 56.6 score. LG G Pad III 8.0 is a lighter but a bit thicker tablet than Lenovo Yoga Tablet 8. Both tablets in this review include Android OS (operating system), but LG G Pad III 8.0 has a more recent 7.0 Nougat version and Lenovo Yoga Tablet 8 has Android 4.4.

LG G Pad III 8.0 has just a little better processing power than Lenovo Yoga Tablet 8, because although it has doesn't have an extra graphics co-processor, it also counts with a greater number of faster cores and a higher amount of RAM. LG G Pad III 8.0 features a bit more vivid screen than Lenovo Yoga Tablet 8, and although they both have a screen of the same size, the LG G Pad III 8.0 also has a lot better resolution of 1200 x 1920 pixels and a higher amount of pixels per inch in the screen.

The LG G Pad III 8.0 counts with a much bigger storage for applications and games than Lenovo Yoga Tablet 8, because although it has less internal memory capacity, it also counts with an external memory card slot that admits up to 1,95 TB. Lenovo Yoga Tablet 8 counts with improved battery performance than LG G Pad III 8.0, because it has a 6000mAh battery capacity.

The LG G Pad III 8.0 has a little bit better camera than Lenovo Yoga Tablet 8. Both have a 5 mega-pixels resolution back camera.
