The LG G Pad 8.3 features a much better looking screen than Galaxy Tab A 9.7, because although it has a bit smaller display, it also counts with a lot higher resolution of 1200 x 1920px and a much greater screen density.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab A 9.7 counts with a slightly bigger memory capacity for apps and games than LG G Pad 8.3, and although they both have exactly the same internal storage capacity, the Samsung Galaxy Tab A 9.7 also has a slot for SD memory cards that allows a maximum of 128 GB. The LG G Pad 8.3 captures a lot better pictures and videos than Samsung Galaxy Tab A 9.7, and although they both have a 5 megapixels camera in the back, the LG G Pad 8.3 also has a way higher 1920x1080 video quality.

The LG G Pad 8.3 costs a little more than the Galaxy Tab A 9.7, but it's still a convenient choice, because you can get a much better tablet for that extra money.
