Comparison review

The LG G Pad 8.3 has an overall score of 65.9, which is just a bit better than the Xiaomi Mi Pad 2's 65.4 overall score. Despite being the best in this comparison review, LG G Pad 8.3 is a way older, a little bit heavier and thicker tablet than Xiaomi Mi Pad 2. Xiaomi Mi Pad 2 features a slightly better display than LG G Pad 8.3, because although it has a little smaller display, it also counts with a bit higher 2048 x 1536 resolution and a just a bit more pixels per display inch.

Xiaomi Mi Pad 2 has a much greater memory capacity for apps and games than LG G Pad 8.3, because although it has no SD extension slot, it also counts with 64 GB internal memory capacity. The LG G Pad 8.3 counts with just a little better hardware performance than Xiaomi Mi Pad 2, and although they both have a 2 GB RAM, the LG G Pad 8.3 also has a larger number of cores.

Xiaomi Mi Pad 2 counts with improved battery life than LG G Pad 8.3, because it has a 6190mAh battery size against 4600mAh. LG G Pad 8.3 features just a bit better camera than Xiaomi Mi Pad 2, although it has a much smaller diafragm aperture, a worse video resolution and a much lower resolution back facing camera.

Although LG G Pad 8.3 is a better device, it costs more money than the Xiaomi Mi Pad 2, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Xiaomi Mi Pad 2. So if you want that extra features and specs, you can buy the LG G Pad 8.3, but if you don't you can save some money and buy the Xiaomi Mi Pad 2, giving up some specs and features.
