LG G Pad II 10.1 has a global score of 67.4, which is a bit better than the LG G Pad 8.3's 65.9 general score. Although the LG G Pad II 10.1 is extremely heavier than LG G Pad 8.3, it's a little thinner and newer. These tablets include Android OS, but LG G Pad II 10.1 has 5.1 Lollipop version while LG G Pad 8.3 has Android 4.4, giving you a couple nice extra features and some performance improvements.

The LG G Pad 8.3 counts with a more vivid display than LG G Pad II 10.1, because although it has a quite smaller screen, and they both have the same resolution of 1200 x 1920, the LG G Pad 8.3 also counts with a little greater pixel density. The LG G Pad II 10.1 features a superior memory capacity to store more apps and games than LG G Pad 8.3, and although they both have exactly the same 16 GB internal storage, the LG G Pad II 10.1 also has a SD memory card expansion slot that supports up to 1,95 TB.

LG G Pad II 10.1 has a little better hardware performance than LG G Pad 8.3. Both of them have 2 GB of RAM and the same number of cores. The LG G Pad II 10.1 has a way better battery lifetime than LG G Pad 8.3, because it has 7400mAh of battery capacity. The LG G Pad 8.3 features a superior camera than LG G Pad II 10.1. Both of them have a 5 mega-pixels resolution camera in the back, the same 30 fps video frame rates and the same video quality.
